On new builds we join at design development, deliver technology drawings the framing crew can build to, and rough in with our own in-house prewire team — no subcontracted low-voltage. Shade pockets, keypad locations, rack space, and speaker wire are all settled before drywall.
In existing homes, we retrofit Savant using wireless lighting control, battery-powered shades, and existing-wire strategies. Denver’s older neighborhoods — Country Club, Hilltop, Washington Park — are full of finished homes we’ve automated without opening walls unnecessarily.
Service & support
Local technicians, not a call center.
Every Savant system we install is remotely monitored, and our service team works out of Englewood. Most issues are resolved remotely the same day; when a truck is needed, it comes from minutes away, not from out of state.
Firmware management, proactive health checks, and priority response keep the system performing years after handoff — the same team that designed it supports it for the life of the home.
