Accessibility statement
Precision Media AV is committed to making pmav.co usable by everyone, including people who navigate with a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification, or reduced motion.
Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. That target shapes how the site is built: semantic headings and landmarks, visible focus indicators, keyboard operation for every interactive control, labeled form fields, text alternatives for images that carry meaning, and color contrast that clears AA on our dark theme.
What we test
- • Keyboard-only navigation of the header menu, dropdowns, forms, chat, and dialogs
- • Screen reader review of navigation, buttons, and form controls
- • Automated scanning against WCAG 2.1 AA rules on representative page templates
- • Color contrast on text, buttons, and placeholder copy
- • Reduced-motion behavior: the homepage slideshow and hover animations respect the operating system's reduce-motion setting
- • Touch target sizing on mobile
Known limitations
Some third-party content embedded on the news feed — social posts and video hosted by the original platform — is outside our control, and its captions and player controls are governed by that platform. We provide text context alongside embedded media so the meaning does not depend on the embed.
We do not use an overlay or accessibility widget. Those tools do not fix underlying markup, so we correct the site itself.
Tell us about a barrier
If any part of this site blocks you, we want to hear about it and we will fix it. Email accessibility@pmav.co or call our office and describe the page and what happened. We acknowledge reports within three business days.
If you would prefer to complete an inquiry with a person rather than a form, contact us by phone or email and we will take the information directly. See contact.
